I have reported this same location to 311 in the past. They are responsive, but the neighborhood needs a long-term solution for this ongoing health and sanitation problem. Just yesterday my young daughter and I witnessed a man urinating on the property during the middle of the day. I've contacted the owners of the property, but they don't seem to care. Not only is this a sanitation and public health problem, the vagrants deal and use drugs on the property.

I didn't mention it in the initial report, but my experience is the same as Mr. Givens'... the reason I noted *human* urine and feces is because I've witnessed from across the street in the middle of the day the...advent...of both. This corner is scary to walk near at any time of day, and I go blocks out of my way to avoid it whenever possible. I can only imagine what it's like for people who have to live or tend businesses near it. Who do we report to that will take this issue seriously, and ensure our health and safety?
