Description

Many sections of the Capital Crescent Trail need maintenance. The Trail is used for many commuters and it is very bumpy. Tree roots are making the ride very uncomfortable for cyclists and it may cause accidents if not repaired soon...
This is on the DC side. The Maryland portion is fine, though.
