Since the installation of a new traffic signal at Dalecarlia and Loughboro the traffic in the evening from Loughboro east from MacArthur Blvd (past Sibley hospital) has become terrible. This is because so many cars have to wait forever to turn left from Loughboro onto Dalecarlia, given the constant flow of traffic turning right from loughboro west onto Dalecarlia. A simple solution would be a left turn signal for those coming up past Sibley to turn onto the parkway.
