Description

The Cardozo construction company or a contractor (possibly Pepco or DC Water) patched the sidewalk with asphalt and have not replaced it with concrete. The construction company also damaged the grass on the corner b/c personnel constantly walked/stood on the grass under the tree. They need to replant the grass in that location.
