on skiff street between dixwell avenue and mix avenue, there are over grown bushes and broken tree branches that are obstructing the sidewalk, causing pedestrians to have to walk in the street. a very dangerous situation for children and mothers with children in strollers. this is also a public health issue. I contacted the management company of thee building that occupies part of that street about the problem, I was told that the town of Hamden is responsible. I contacted the Hamden town clerk's office and was told that it is the building's responsibility. When will this become someone's responsibility? When someone is hurt?
