Descripción

The people who live here continue to keep their recycle bins in front of their building on the sidewalk. Then people throw trash in it all week until it overflows. This week they put out trash that the collectors didn't take and it is still sitting on the sidewalk in front of their house. I've reported this house and issue several times.
