Description

Our trash was picked up about a half hour ago and while the truck was sitting there picking up the trash from my neighbors and my house, the truck was leaking brown fluid from the rear. Once the truck pulled off, there are 3 puddles of fluid right near 13 frances hunter drive and their is a strong stinch coming from those areas. I cannot leave my doors open to get air because of this horrendous smell. They tried to shovel up what it was, but to no avail. This has to be cleaned up! Its in 3 separate areas
