Q. Please describe in as much detail as possible the location of the pole. Pole number and cross street would be the most helpful.

The city should be interested in helping to solve its residents safety concerns on city streets. For a single resident to get anywhere with a utility company is not realistic.
Q. Who is the liaison between the city and private contractors that work on these poles?
Q. Who is in charge of approving / supervising this work? The quality, extended timeline and clean up effort is a problem.

I emailed AT&T two weeks ago about this as follow-up (there are other complaints on this issue). They told me it should have been done last week.
I will email them again tomorrow... They do not monitor SeeClickFix.
