Between the Cooper Crossing Homes and the Cooper Field the city never cut and keep that clean. The grass and overgrown weeds there are a eye sore. That area is starting to create a dumping ground for people because it looks bad and it is also giving rodents, critters and drug addicts a good place to hide to harass the neighbors in the area.
