There are cars parked on both sides of the Russell street hill From Warrick up to Cabot and Crofton Streets. This is not a good situation...A Fire Truck or Emergency Vechile would be hard pressed to get thru the parked cars. Some of the cars are also park the wrong way.on the hill which has parking on on one side and is very limited. We as residents in the area also need to get up and down the hill. Please have an officer respond and have the cars removed.
