Is this an isolated incident or is there some issue with the intersection? I'm wondering what the "fix" is.

It's not the intersection, but I worry that it's not an isolated incident. Perhaps others have seen "Anon" engage in similar violations and could document them.

Sounds like this was an isolated incident at this location. I'm going to mark this closed for now. If others find that Anon is consistently engaging in this activity, they can reopen.
