This is a problem also at Ulloa & Forest Side and Ulloa and 14th. It is impossible to travel up and down the hill to and from West Portal station on Ulloa if you are in a wheelchair. The lack of curb cuts forces you onto the street, which is not safe.
Ulloa & Forest Side and Ulloa and 14th st are the worst, with only one curb cut on the southeast corner.
Ulloa & Madrone is missing a curb cut on the northeast corner.
