cars park on both side os street (and some people actually have driveways, makes for terrible navigation. Gets worse in the winter. Can;' this be mad to park only on one side of street

Also live on Hemlock Just moved to the area and yes it is very hard especially in the Am. with school buses trying to get up the road. I for see something bad happening.

city has barely plowed the street and now people licing at 145 hemlock at putting their snow back into the street, street is impassable - and with parking on odd side of street and plows not coming back to clear the street once they move - this is a joke
