Does anyone know if you can rent rooms in a residential "Ä" neighborhood? I have a neighbor that rents several rooms to different people and cars are parked all over the place. Some in a basement, some on a porch and others in rooms. Legal?

Please accept my apology if I was at all snarky in my comments. I think SeeClickFix is a valuable tool for our community but is never a substitute for direct complaints to city officials especially in the case of emergencies.
This issue actually helped to make city officials across the Valley aware of SeeClickFix and we should expect that they will be monitoring this site more closely in the future.

This issue actually helped to make city officials across the Valley aware of SeeClickFix and we should expect that they will be monitoring this site more closely in the future. That said, there is currently no mechanism for them to acknowledge issues on this site without becoming a partner with SeeClickFix (paying for a membership) and sometimes, due to legal requirements and due process issues, are unable to post some current status updates publicly.
City must evaluate whether such a membership would be an appropriate expense of limited taxpayer funds.
