This pothole is a lot worse than it appears in the photo. This pothole has created a mountain of asphalt that causes a problem when parking. Please fix.

The potholes are deep enough so that they fill with muddy rain water and then the cars parked next to them get sprayed with mud when the cars zoom down Ellwood Avenue.

Another nuisance is when all of the trucks and trailers drive through the pot holes they make very loud crashing-like noises as the beds of the trucks get jostled as well as whatever it is that they are carrying. This is understandable during the day, but really not appreciated when trying to sleep at night.

Seeing how this road was just re-paved and the pot holes were already repaired once... does the City have an explanation as to why this is happening? Is it the fault of the company that has been contracted to do the work? It almost appears as if the entire road is sinking above where the contractors did the repairs to the sewage lines. Was the area not supported properly? Who should be held accountable? How do we get answers?

This hasn't been completed. The large mound of asphalt is still present.

The pothole hasn't been adequately fixed. Water is still forming in the hole and the mound of asphalt from a previous fix is still there, making the pavement extremely uneven.

A photo of the pothole when it isn't filled with water shows the pothole was NEVER fixed to begin with. The person/contractor that said the pothole was completed should be reprimanded.

Regarding the City of Richmond's comment: The pothole was filled and flattened 24 hours AFTER the photo was taken. Your crews did not complete the work as they and you stated on Aug. 6th. The time stamps on SeeClickFix show the progression of information on Aug. 6th and how about 1/2 hour after your comment about the pothole being completed, I submitted the photo of the pothole with water and a few hours later, the pothole without water. You and your crews should be ashamed of the quality of service provided.
