residents at 2894 Randall Street are breaking into abandoned and occupied homes. they have made an attempt to break into my property. I have contacted the authorities regarding their attempt to break into my home from side windows. Neighbors at 2894 Randall have approached my home and was instructed to not come on my property again. They continue to break in abandoned homes and also enter abandoned properties, properties under construction, taking building materials. The residency is a transitional home or hallway house. They are constantly watching our home.
