    I’ve reported endless times about the property to the City of Eastpoint, but it seems like my cry for help is unnoticed. The property has become unbearable, with the long vines that are now growing through my fence and on public sidewalk. Vagrants are constantly using the property for illegal activities, bugs are so overwhelming from the property that I can’t enjoy my backyard. We’ve been in the house for over a year now and there has to be something that can be done. This house is a hazard to the environment and people within the community. Can you please give me some direction. Nothing is impossible, I just need some help on what can be done if the owner has abandoned this property. I can’t keep living like this and consider selling on the conditions of someone else’s abandonment. Please help me!

    abandon house is being used by homeless. grass was about 7 feet tall and vines growing into my property line. I voluntarily cut grass due to bugs, rodents, and uncover the entrance of abandoned home.

    residents at 2894 Randall Street are breaking into abandoned and occupied homes. they have made an attempt to break into my property. I have contacted the authorities regarding their attempt to break into my home from side windows. Neighbors at 2894 Randall have approached my home and was instructed to not come on my property again. They continue to break in abandoned homes and also enter abandoned properties, properties under construction, taking building materials. The residency is a transitional home or hallway house. They are constantly watching our home.
