This vehicle repair operation is an ongoing problem on Clinton Ave, but these two seem to have a lot of "business" today. The gentlemen pictured near red vehicle are flagging down drivers, instructing them to parallel park and working on vehicles right on the street. While we value their entrepreneurial spirit, they are obstructing traffic and utilizing parking that could be used by customers of (legitimate) local businesses.
