This is a chronic issue. These folks relieve themselves in the bushes and leave litter and clothing behind.

I don't know, I've been away. This is the first time I've seen someone sleeping by the duck pond. I am having some trouble keeping my dogs away from deposits of human excrement.

There have been folks sleeping or napping on the benches by the duck pond intermittently in the morning In the 7 to 9 am time range.
