Residents are not able to park on garden street near kimwell nursing home due to employees parking their vehicles on street and refusing to use parking lot. A lot of illegal parking and speeding as well. Most residents don't have a driveway to park in and sometimes are forced to park on the other side of new Boston road. Deliveries and wheel chair vans also park in signed no parking areas which also makes things worse.
