Illegal car port. Several times they have parked here, please address to all occupants of that building. It appears to be a small apartment complex. This is unsafe parking on sidewalk and using the adjacent garage to go in and park in front of their building. Other cars also park there. This has been happening for months. Use this photo if necessary to address.
