We're not aware of any problems with this signal, but we'll take a look at it.

I believe the problem is with the NEW traffic signals installed recently. The left turn lanes are protected green arrows then begin flashing yellow, finally they change to RED while left turn drivers are still in the intersection waiting to turn.
