Tenants of this building dump old furniture out on the sidewalk here on a regular basis. Either they think that the city just comes and picks up whatever junk you put on the curb or they don't care. Whatever the case, something needs to be done about this property and its tenants.

The issue has not been fixed. Couches are still rotting away on the street. Why did 311 close this ticket?
