Reopening the bridge will not be a benefit to everyone. In planning this project, provisions for bicycle and pedestrian access on the reopened road were extremely insufficient. The current ease of moving about the campus by foot or bike will be significantly reduced when the bridge opens.

It's great that Prospect St. is now open but that still doesn't help because Trumbull St. is still closed off from Hillhouse Ave up to Prospect. When will that reopen? & when will Canal St. reopen?

the bridge finally reopened. but it would still be nice if Canal Street ran in both directions.
