Opis

White, Chevrolet Astro. No Plates, No registration, No inspection sticker. This van has been parking on this street with no papers or tags (E 16th Between Dorchester & Ditmas) for over a year. It has been in front of 494 E 16th for about 6 months now. The owner has a home made sign stating that he is a minister on church business & I imagine that's how he's avoided tickets and towing for so long. This has to end though. I have reported this to 311 & DOS and will continue to do so until it's resolved.
