Description

Trucks driving recklessly, double and triple parking causing a complete road block on Tidewater and surrounding streets (no vehicles can move in either direction), and trucks completely stopping/blocking 3 and 4-way intersections both stop signs and traffic lights. Increased traffic enforcement in these areas would be greatly appreciated.
