Description

Several RVs, small trucks, station wagons, etc are constantly parked overnight in this area adjacent to the closed Owens-Illinois plant, often for several days and sometimes months. It appears that people are sleeping in the vehicles. Is it possible to make this a "no overnight parking" area?
