Many of us who live nearby this have continued to notify the ciy about this lot - no reaction. When the developer appplied to the city of Providence to be allowed to "develop" (??) this space into a parking lot, some of us attended the hearing in April, and we spoke out about the shameful and deplorable conditions of the lot, full of papers, debris, junk, and all the rats those conditiions can attract. Unfortunately, the developers reaction has been to continue to leave the lot as is. Even just clearing out the weeds, removing the trash, and a good raking would be an improvement.
