This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Roadway Mgmt (20020906521) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. 12/31/2013 – Service Review: Currently under review by the City of Richmond government noted that as of 7/9/2013 10:21:28 AM Contractors are still working in area. The signs needed to remain until the contractors removed them - rtt
