It was summer when I opened this issue. It still needs to be repaired.

There is absolutely NO POINT in leaving this open. The park is being rebuilt and no repairs will, or can, be made. If it does not work next summer when Park re-opens and water can be turned on THAT is the time to complain (directly to 311)
