perpetual garbage on/near the top of East Rock Park in the bushes and trees. Also people are parking on the road and not in the parking lot where they are supposed to. Many times I have seen Park employees just "hanging around" up there and NOT doing their work.

We did some significant trimming of the brush at the top of the rock to help reduce the trash problems. If you see staff "hanging around" up there please report directly to me at rbombero@newhavenct.gov.
