I live on Spencer Street in Winsted where the old hospital/walk in treatment center is located and also Explorations school. There are always people walking, young and old. It is a very populated street with families and children. The speed limit is 25mph. Most of the drivers on this street do 40 to 50mph, maybe even faster at times. I rarely ever see police doing patrol in that area. I'm waiting for someone to get hit by a speeding car. SLOW DOWN IF YOUR DRIVING ON THIS STREET!!! And if your the police.....PLEASE SEND HELP!!! We need to stop these speeders before someone gets killed!!
