Description
Island Burgers put their delivery bike rack right out in the bike lane in front of the restaurant. It blocks the lane and causes cyclists to enter traffic on 9th ave.
A earlier 311 call went unreported & the most recent has yielded no action by the local precinct.

just received kind follow-up call from 18th pct...issue was apparently mis-reported by 311 as a noise complaint. Squeaky wheel gets the grease? Fingers crossed.
now if we could keep vehicle traffic from using the bike lane as a left turn lane at 9th @ 50th st & 9th @ 48th st.
