  Not per our parcel map with satellite overlay. The trees to the south of the creek are on Agora's parcel and the trees to the north are on Ross' parcel.

  I would think that trees growing on the creek side bank would be city property.

  The City does not own or maintain the creek or its banks. Both parcels extend into the creek itself which places the maintenance of things such as trees, litter, etc. onto the private property owner.
