Description

Homeless camp has taken over behind Petticoat Lane and is causing problems
Leaving food everywhere and trash, taking items from nearby restaurants to use and sometimes returning them contaminated. Walking around nude on occasion and a general
eyesore for customers and a nuisance to the surrounding businesses.
