This is on the same block as the couch and has been here for weeks.

We constantly have dumping, homeless encampments and overflowing trash cans on this street, is there any possibility of DPW driving by and checking on a weekly or every other week basis to check status? There is also a couch on the Balboa side end of the block. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
