Description

Infusion, a new hookah lounge and nightclub, is putting postcards on people's cars, and those are being discarded around the neighborhood. In addition, they are having DJs and their Special Assembly Occupancy License is expired.

Funny you should bring up Cuba Libre, 'Nimbyhater'. They are a problem too, when they blast their music out open windows on the weekends. If you consider reporting issues on this site "whining," don't come here. If you wish to contribute, there are more constructive ways to do so. Thank you.
