I too live on Chester Street - and have called Police many times to report this issue - not only is the racing going on but why bother having stop signs. They are not used. I can sit in my driveway and count dozens of cars with in 1 hour that come down the hill on Arnold and just blow the sign off - my kids stop riding their bikes because of it. So glad to see that this went to our towns Police dept and nothing has been done about it.
