That is New Haven xeriscaping , be glad the tenants dont park on the lawn. LCI will be right on it with a warning in the mail...

It's not the tenants. It's the landlord. House looks abandoned and tenants have suffered 2 attempted break-ins in the last 2 weeks. I have emailed the landlord and offered to have his lawn mowed for $30. No response.
