Illegal Flea market operated out of garage at 1620 Ditmas Avenue every Sunday when weather permits.
The business is operated by a person who is not a resident. No city entity would give a business license that would operate from a garage in a residential neighborhood, especially a landmarked one. It's definitely not a tag sale, because nobody is moving.
Something has to be done, as it's an eyesore. One can tell what day of the week it is by looking at that house. If there's stuff outside, it's Sunday. Official inspection needs to be done on any sunny Sunday.
