Living near Lighthouse Park used to be a joy... now with the way people blast their music it's a headache. Literally. Between the music turned up to a deafening level, the horns, and the yelling in the street, it's unbearable. What happened to noise violations? Is there any way we can enforce the people VISITING the park to respect those who are PERMANENT residents in the area?
