Not to mention many cars try to beat the light and get dangerously close to the pedestrians, there needs to be a police office there at all times especially during the rush hour

We will add this location to the City’s on-going roadway striping maintenance list. We anticipate this work to be completed in 3 to 6 months. We will follow up on this request when a firmer timeline is established.

This was already added to the roster last year. I reported this last July and they claimed it would be done last summer.

If it was supposed to be done last year then someone dropped the ball. Or are they waiting for someone to get hit with a car?

Bergen and Sip crosswalks were re-striped and are clearly visible. Issue resolved.
