A large oak tree on this property finally fell after years of being dead. The city had to pay to remove the tree from the street. Now, the large stump is still looming over and is bound to fall once the broken retaining wall gives way in the rain. If it falls on a kid or.mom walking to school this should be on record that the owner ignores the need to take care of their property - and, it's an eyesore. Needs to be removed!
