This is freaking rediculous; this was reported over a month ago, a pipe is ruptured in the middle of the street; at first it was a trickle, now it's geysers and the road is crumbling; only in ward 8 does this happen; what are we waiting for, the ground to collapse into a sinkhole? pitiful....
