说明
Somebody had come in and completely messed up this signal within the last month. Whenever the 49th traffic gets green to turn left onto Roosevelt, this light annoyingly turns red as you approach it. It used to always be green. The light at 49th and Roosevelt is excruciatingly long already. I shouldn’t have to wait for a full red again after driving 2 miles.

There is one driveway on 58th St. to enter the 7-11 (less that 50 feet from the corner). People driving east on Roosevelt turn left onto 58th to enter the 7-11 from the driveway on 58th St.
People driving west on Roosevelt Blvd turn right onto 58th St. to enter the 7-11 from the driveway on 58th St.
People heading south on 58th St. are sitting there waiting on a three minute red light and they are blocking the driveway into the 7-11on 58th St.
So, there will cars all jammed up, backing up onto Roosevelt Blvd, in both directions, waiting for the driveway into the 7-11 (on 58th St) to open up. Then, the light on 58th turns green and all the cars going north on 58th will cross Roosevelt and have to stop to wait for the 7-11 driveway on 58th to open up.
YIKES
This is intersection is going to be crazy!! Didn't planners see all this opportunity for disaster?
Or maybe there is traffic control ready to be put into place once the 7-11 opens up, before the first traffic bamboozle.
