Side walk has lifted 3 inches. Appears as if the sidewalk was patched in the past.

DPW will continue to monitor and patch as required. Permanent repair is related to major project.

I reported this issue a year ago, and it remains unfixed. The sidewalk has lifted due to over grown tree roots. This tree also grows leaves from bottom of the tree trunk up to about 4 feet high blocking the street view, which I have to cut down myself at least twice a year.

What is this major project, and when is it set to begin? I am afraid someone is going to get hurt.
