Not sure this is the correct department. In the area off the trail on city land there are some teenagers that have been chopping out undergrowth and cutting down branches to make some sort of bike trail, digging up soil to make jumps, etc. They’ve been out there around 6pm every evening for over a week digging and chopping. Looks like they’re putting down weed killer? Don’t know if the city cares about this or not
