Deskripsyon

The curb and sidewalk have been dug out. It looks like they are putting in a driveway and parking space. I don't recall any community notification or hearing for this. Also it doesn't look like there is zoning for this.

Sidewalk access blocked around 2120 construction area causing pedestrians to walk into the street to get around construction for almost a week.
Full dumpster sitting in the street for almost a week blocking parking.
Construction equipment stored on the street for several weeks blocking parking.
Police tape blocking off spaces where people could park in the evenings.

Posted letter from City of Phila allowing construction site equipment is dated Tues, 9/21, but equipment showed up 10+ days prior. Site in violation of "good housekeeping" and "6' of pedestrian clearance." No Zoning/Use permits posted.
