The curb and sidewalk have been dug out. It looks like they are putting in a driveway and parking space. I don't recall any community notification or hearing for this. Also it doesn't look like there is zoning for this.

Full dumpster sitting in the street for almost a week blocking parking.
Construction equipment stored on the street for several weeks blocking parking.
