“Thank you for contacting us regarding your roadway conditions. I have been out to investigate 106th Avenue North, and the surrounding streets. Though you are not currently due to be paved, your roadways are listed on the master paving list and we are aware of their conditions. Can you provide the specifications as to what generates the need for a road to be repaved? This road has multiple leveling issues, Sewer man holes heaving and crowning, divot holes strung up and down the road and patch work that feels like mini speed bumps.And that is just the actual drive issues. The second major issue would be its very unsightly and drives down home sales and rental percentages. Who can this be escalated to beyond this report? I am 100% confident that every home owner if asked on this road would agree that it need to be repaved. I'm sure no official has got a census from them.

Have lived on this road for 5 years and nothing ever gets fixed! Only has one speed limit sign and holes everywhere. What exactly are you waiting for? Fix the road!
